The Future of Making Skateboards

Most skate brands have an industrial size hydraulic press in which they put up to 4 molds inside and press 4 skateboards at once.

While this time saving, it has many flaws that seem to be overlook such as, only the top and bottom boards will have the most concave. 

The concave is U” shape you board makes in the middle, 

while the 3 boards in the middle will get half to a quarter of the intended concave as well as cuts down on the pressure the wood receives which then cuts down the longevity of the skateboard itself, which means after you 3rd session you board becomes weak and/or flat I. The middle.

That is where Khaoz Skateboards is different, we press our skateboards boards individually so your board will receive the full pressure so the pop from the nose to the tail will last longer than the industry standard as well as the concave last the lifetime of the board. 

How do we know? 

The team as well as the owner have been skateboarding for years as well as 10+ years of skateboard manufacturing so we know skateboards, we know the industry, so we changed a few things. 

That’s why we stand behind every board we create, because they are the same Baird we skate. 

Every board is made right here in Nashville Tn, USA and we have our wood imported from the Northern part of Canada because they have some of the harshest winters that makes the tress stronger which cause the wood to become durable, but lightweight. 

We achieved this by using 3D printed molds Vs the industry standard concrete, this allows us to do many things such as:

-Make changes in a day,

Vs weeks or even months

-Light weight and portable,

which helps to save on space while still being able to firmly press your board. 

-Cost efficient, 

Because the cost of 3D print material is cheaper then 5-6 bags of concrete, which is about what you need to make a two-part mold and takes 2 days to print VS a week up to a month of curing for the concrete. 

-Pass the savings,

Since all of this cost less it helps us pass the savings on to you without having to back on materials.
